Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data SuperOffice collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
Who we are
SuperOffice (superoffice.in and every company address under it, such as yourcompany.superoffice.in) is operated by Intelus Technologies, a partnership firm registered in India, GSTIN 27AAJFI9718C1Z8.

For your account — your username, your company and how you use the service — we decide how the data is used, so we are responsible for it. For the documents and files your company uploads, your company decides what goes in; we store and process that content only to provide the service to your company, on its instructions.
What we collect
- Account details: username, the company you belong to, the tools and access dates Intelus sets for you, and when you last signed in. Passwords are never stored — only a salted scrypt hash.
- Company profile: the name, logo, colours and contact details your company enters.
- Your content: files, images and documents you upload or create, which may include personal data about other people (for example a client's name on a proposal).
- Security data: the IP address of sign-in attempts, held briefly in memory to stop password guessing, and our web server's access logs.
- Enquiries: if you write to us, call, or message us on WhatsApp, what you send us.
What we do not collect
No advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Your browser's local storage holds your sign-in session, your theme choice and an autosaved draft of the document you are working on — on your device, for the service to work.
Why we use it
- To run your account and keep each company's data separate from every other company's.
- To build, save and print your documents, and to run the AI features when you ask for them.
- To keep the service secure, answer support requests and send you service notices.
- To invoice your company and meet our legal obligations.
AI features and the companies that help us
When you use them, and only then: reading a scanned or uploaded document sends its content to Anthropic (Claude) to extract the text, and designing a logo sends your company name and the choices you made to OpenAI. These providers process the data to return a result to us and may do so outside India. We also use our hosting provider and Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when a page loads its fonts). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as your company's account is active. When a company is removed, its accounts, profile, files and documents are deleted with it. A company may ask us to delete its data sooner. Invoicing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Security
Every page is served over HTTPS. Access is checked on every request, not only at sign-in, so a switched-off account stops working on its next click. Files are stored per company and are never served without a signed-in session from that company.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to erase it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. For content inside your company's documents, write to your company first — it decides what those documents contain — and we will help it respond.
Children
SuperOffice is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
